Front-End Lead / Architect

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Front-End Lead / Architect with 15+
years of expertise in designing and building scalable, high-performance web applications. The
ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and strong backend
integration skills with ASP.NET Core Web API and C#, along with experience in working with
MS SQL Server and deploying on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define and lead the front-end architecture and technology strategy
● Design and build responsive, user-centric interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
● Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration
● Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of the application
● Guide and mentor front-end engineers, ensuring best practices in code quality and
UI/UX
● Work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solutioning
● Drive innovation and adoption of new front-end technologies

Technical Skills Required:
● Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind CSS
● Backend: ASP.NET Core Web API, C#
● Database: MS SQL Server
● Cloud: Microsoft Azure
● Strong understanding of architectural patterns, performance optimization, and security
standards
